If you really want to then yes you can make a new character since it's still early on. Summoning magic would work like any other spell in that you have to lean the initial summon rune, and then the different possible creatures to summon. I suppose it would make sense for the summoned creature to very slowly seep the life force from the caster to stay in the physical realm until they release it.

If you mean summoning someone to your location, would be pretty much the same except you'd need to know the rune that matches their name. 

All runes are comprised of symbols that make up the words. So really you'd just have to put the symbols in the right order to make the name. That's the difficulty in learning spells is learning where the different symbols go in the rune.

HellHound I will ask that you break up your post to make it more readable. Right now it seems like one big jumble and is hard to follow. Also, it seems like you just took a character sheet from somewhere else and copied it, then pasted it into here. I'll ask that you follow the original character sheet in the original post.
