Still could, I love the Players adding their own flair to the world and such as long we don't try to get too carried away. I also made an edit in the CS thread OP in regards with future races and merely stated to check it with one of the GMs before creating. It's unlikely it will get denied but there's a chance some features might be too OP or unfitting due to some reason.
