Appearance: James has always been one of the shorter guys in the army, but made up for it in his build. He was broad and thick, years of army training has left him in top physical shape. 

Background: James joined the Army at 17 and trained to become a front line gunner, when he turned 24 he switched roles to begin training as a medical officer in the hopes of reducing the amount of time spent away from his family. Only 6 months before graduation from army training, the outbreak occurred. The Army was instructed to stay onsite, but when several of the larger soldiers had morphed into horrific creatures, he fled, knowing that his family would need protection. Upon arriving home he found his stepdad had morphed, and killed his entire family. Except for Kat. Kat was his life now. He must protect Kat

Skills: Strong, skilled with a range of guns, and basic hand to hand combat skills. He has medical knowledge, but only for basic wounds and injuries, and he lacks most of the supplies necessary.
