For Elysia/ Ellie, what about something like, molecular manipulation. This would allow you to alter your molecular structure. By altering you body's molecular structure you can give your body the same properties as steel which is a natural conductor for electricity and rubber which is a non conductor material, this would allow you to change your muscles and bones to rubber allowing your arms to stretch, but at the same time to change your skin to metal to sent electricity through the skin in order to attack or defend and with your muscles and bone being made from rubber you wouldn't be electrocuted as even though you are the Lighting/Thunder Chosen Dreamer, you still have a physical body meaning even if you have a natural resistance you are still vulnerable to high voltage electric attacks.

For Kane what about being able to take the abilities of animals? This would allow you to take the strength of a rhino and the speed of a cheetah. For a quick escape or a powerful attack.
