Personality: never takes anything seriously and always has fun when he fights, cracks jokes and is generally a dumbass, however he can also plan an attack (when he feels beating the shit out of something won't work)
Weaknesses: He can only use his power five times a day, he can only see the move he thinks is going to happen (so, if the person he's fighting fakes him out his power won't work)
