[img=http://www.brecorder.com/images/2013/02/new_zealand_flag_400.jpg] Herewith the Dominion of New Zealand pleads the mighty fatherland Great Britain to consider remaining neutral in this Balkan War as long as possible. If actions are needed to be taken, New Zealand will, however, pledge her allegiance to the king. Still, in the case of war, New Zealand begs to remain neutral. The people of New Zealand do not desire participating in a war which does not pose an immediate threat to their well being. Nevertheless promises New Zealand to supply and rearm British troops in Europe and to provide ammunition for the war effort, as well as, should the situation be critical, mobilize her troops to reinforce the cause of the king. Signed, Sir James Caroll, Prime Minister of New Zealand
