The characters would be identical twin boys who were the children of two agents who died on the same mission. Those boys were then raised in an orphanage in Britain and, when they were old enough, proved their ability and got into a S.H.I.E.L.D. academy. One of the boys, who ended up in combat operations training, is actually a mutant, with his power being the ability to transform into a stone form and control rocks. He hides this, having previously even attempted to keep it a secret from S.H.I.E.L.D. although they naturally found out and everyone with sufficient clearance can now know, although he still keeps it a secret from as many people as possible. The other brother was a prodigy and constructs technology which is largely based around light. This would likely include a visor which can be used to see outside of the visible spectrum, light-based non-lethal weaponry, some form of laser and camouflage technology. In terms of relationship the boys would be very close but the one with technology is jealous of the mutant's powers, despite being incredibly over-protective of him at the same time. The mutant is more charismatic and friendly, as well as having a fixation on being able to fight even without his powers but doesn't operate well alone and requires a team who he feels he can trust in order to make the most of his abilities. The technology user is more quiet, having somewhat of a superiority complex and a lack of respect towards less intelligent people but also feels that his intelligence gives him a responsibility to use it to help people. As there are limited places, I would be willing to only use one if that would work better.
