Metrisha was up on the roof top of her house when she started seeing giant rocks that seemed to be launched into the sky only to plummet down causing chaos, death and destruction. With a loud screeching sound Jack her pet griffin knocked a large falling meteorite out of her way, saving her life without hesitation, he then proceeded to hover and create powerful gusts of wind with his wings, effectively creating an invisible barrier. Any falling meteorite that hit the barrier would end up being violently launched back into the forest.

Metrisha knew that something was wrong she could feel it. Something was happening to the earth she could feel it in her bones, the earth felt as much a part of her as her hair and fingernails. She climbs down from the roof and and when her feet touched the ground she had to support herself by resting her arm on the house wall. She could now sense with a much greater pain what was happening to the earth and the plans that lived in it, they were dying. Their life energy was being drawn out if not consumed by something. 

Feeling unsteady on two legs she shifted to an animal with four and howled a the sky. she was greeted by a group howl a few minutes later. She ran at full speed as rage filled her very being, her golden wolf eyes were bloodshot and the pupil was tiny making the wolf she had shifted into look insane. Launching herself at the golem her huge claws gouge the rock like butter, not too long after the other wolves that were hiding in their dens rushed out to attack the was when she climbed on the back of the golem and searched for the person controlling it that would be when their eyes would lock.
