Grace smiled seeing Elina up and about but had to frown a little for her having the Fox in the banquet hall. "Oh well some leeway for now" she thought. Then she recalled that her cat Abby was presently on the loose which meant that she could be found in the kitchens being pampered by Hogwart's House elves.

For Grace the House Elves held a special place because it was her ancestor Helga Hufflepuff that had brought them to the school and talked them into working here. She was always very careful when dealing with the elves as they did have pride in their work and took it personal when anyone tried to help them. To the Hogwart's elves their joy was in providing the school with everything it needed. Few who attended the school even knew how hard they worked to keep it all clean and running.

Grace's thoughts drifted back to Elina and how she could help the girl without wounding her pride. She had the hardship purse her father had given her and it was enough money to see to the needs of 10 students covering books, robes an unsundries.
