The Semblence is mainly disorienting and confusing the person, definitely, so the hallucinating would only affect the person she targets and even then, only they can really hurt themselves in that case. And, the hypnosis is a very special case. It'd be like taking too much Tylenol (though hallucinating isn't what you should be worried about then) and even then I don't even know if taking too much Tylenol causes hallucinations... I think that's some other weird over the counter medicine. The person has to be like more malleable than putty for that to take effect, so using the hypnosis would be like a waste of energy at this point in time, really. I don't intend for her to ever take control of a person's character, important figure, or a villain without your consent and the other person's consent. :P
