It's origins were unknown and it wasn't even heard of until months later when it was observed that no form of communication has successfully been coming in or going out of the town. Many search parties entered the fog consisting of local authorities until the military stepped in, blockading the town with the assistance of NATO forces. Days later after the blockade, the fog lessened and gave the world powers a window to send a group of soldiers VIA helicopter into the city, their destination; Hoffen hospital. Unbeknownst to those outside of the fog, a nightmare creeps in the shadows killing without hesitation. At night time it... Or they come out to play, searching for their next victim. The sunlight kills them, and shooting them seems to work, but they are also quick and they're not the only threat to the survivors of this horrifying tale. After seeing the numerous rescue parties die at the hands of these ghouls, it's no wonder they are feared by those who have fleed from their cold, death fueled grip. As the sun rises for another day, a helicopter could be heard in the distance. It had been days since something from the outside entered AshFlower, perhaps this is the ticket out of this hell hole. Anthro backstory:((Pulled straight from Wayne's explanation. Thank you for this description my friend!)) To explain my ideas a bit better, the first anthro humans would have been a mix of volunteers (soldiers, scientists) and involuntary test subjects (criminals, homeless people, etc.) who were born regular human beings before going anthro. I often have the first anthro humans created during the first half of the Cold War, between the late 1940s and the late 1960s. Many of those first anthro people would have retired, anthromorphization would have been commercialized as soon as it was no longer top-secret, and anthro humans would have wanted to raise their own families, just like regular humans would. I would have the process of anthropomorphization be reversible rather than a one-way road, so that it would be more popular, but both becoming an anthro human and going back to being a regular human would be either very expensive or very painful. This would be so that the world would still be recognizable as our own while allowing anthro people to exist alongside regular people, but as a minority. Being anthro would just another way to distinguish a person's identity, like one would with their gender, nationality, etc, and as such, prejudices would still apply to anthro humans like any other human group. Hello ladies and gentlemen! Sorry if this OOC isn't as awesome as I wanted it to be but this sickness is clouding my writing abilities (kind of) But anyways.. I trust everyone with some sort of common sense and character modesty, no overpowered characters and keep down the arguing. I as GM will uphold my right to monitor and edit anything and everything for the sake of everyone's enjoyment. I also will give every player empowerment for this RP, this means: They have a voice and will to change this plot in many ways! Perhaps through a IC twist or an OOC discussion YOU HAVE ZE POWER TO CHANGE THIS STORY! This is our story! They could be security guards, scientists, subjects, even evening guests))
