Jinny had been standing silent near the door, her sharp young ears picking up the conversation about the computers. Her head was tilted very slightly, a gesture that was common when she was curious about something. She padded in silently, her socks masking her very light footfalls. Before she got close enough for them to see her without turning, she spoke up. "So what's a jammer? Does it break alarms? Why don't you just use the alarm code, or interrupt the current to the system? Or, oh- oh, even better-" Her childishness was showing through her excitement and her brightened eyes. And there, in the cheerful wickedness of her smile, was the budding thief. "Better yet, you make the alarm glitch. A week before you go in for real, you tweak the alarm to go off at random intervals. Make it unpredictable. Make it annoying. Make it so they start to ignore the alarm. And then when it actually does go off- they'll think it's fake. Like that one story.. ah... the boy who called wolf or something..."
