Only one of them would need to go to the press or something similar, and this whole thing would blow out of proportion. Lastly Evon asked about the prisoner. Mathias shrugged slightly. "That's up to the vampire hunters' or organization. Our arrangement is that criminals are sent to them, and in turn they leave the others alone. Though I doubt she would be killed just for trespassing and spying. Jail seems most likely." Vampires went to jail for longer than humans considering their longer lifespan. But with any luck for the spy she'd be out again in 10 years or so.
