Kijani was nearly to the library, crossing an open field probably meant for sports of some kind. She was making a beeline for the books, but something gave her pause. A flash of red hair caught her eye- it was Sue, flanked by her ever present guards. Even from this distance she could read the girl's posture. Sue looked quite unhappy. Kijani took a moment to think about it, before she firmly decided to at least try. She crossed the grass to Sue, and fell into step at her side. Now she could see Sue was crying, and her hand went into her bag. She pulled out a little metal case that was technically for cigarettes. But inside were fresh tissues. She held it out to Sue, in silence, her eyebrows raised and her face surprisingly gentle.
