William is a cold, stoic, and arrogant person who shows little regard to the lives of those around him. He is, more often than not, willing to leave those who slow him down behind. Despite his words, William frequently saves those around him, and even puts his own life at risk, though he does it grudgingly and openly complains. William is more or less emotionless; only anger, annoyance, and dissatisfaction showing on his face, though, rarely he will reveal a small smile but only to Sebastian and only if they are alone. William has a very inquiring mind when there is something he cares about, but at the same time, he has almost no tenacity of purpose. If he becomes interested in something else, he will arbitrarily turn his back on what he's doing. 

He wants someone who isn't loud and annoying. Someone who was as intelligent as he is and wouldn't say stupid or obnoxious things. But most of all he want's someone who wouldn't make a lot of noise and knew when to leave him alone and not annoy him. He hates annoying people and refuses to be near them.
