On this, I believe, we can agree. 
[i]Unless[/i] the term "90s kid" refers to children born in the '90s and their childhood up through the early 2000s. But as for the factors previously mentioned, it is a subjective opinion based on culture. That being said, since nothing can be said about it definitively, is it really worth discussing at all?
