-----------------------------Day 2------------------------------------------------ Raymond woke up to the sound of first year boys trying to find out who dropped the stink pellet in their dorm room. Raymond was startled at first, but then remembered where he was, and smiled. Running a hand through his messy brown hair, he got up, stretched, then walked over to Edgar in his bed and pushed him a bit. "Rise and shine, boys!" He said to all of them. The five people in his dorm were Edgar, Trevor McAllan, Grant Hampton, and Peter Wilkes. Trevor was a beater for the Quidditch team. He was a large, brown haired kid who had a soft side once you get to know him. Grant was the the prank guy (when Raymond told him about the stink pellet, he snickered loudly.) and then Peter was a very nice and brave kid, but had a very hard time with anything but potions. "Man, Ray. Quidditch and now Dueling? Big Bad Chase here to run the school!" Edgar said, searching his trunks for a pair of clean dress pants. "Nah, I think that Slytherin girl already has that title. Only a fourth year." "Yeah, i heard of her... Not one bad thing... that's kinda strange, isn't it? A Slytherin who happens to be the perfect student? I mean, don't get me wrong, Jared and his friends are very good gents, but they can be a bit nasty." Trevor said, looking in a mirror to put on his tie. He was talking about some good Slytherin friends they had, nothing but friendly to us, and saved each other a couple times in their school life, but when it comes to fresh meat, they like to make their lives a living hell.. So they heard. If they ever caught them Raymond might have to put them in place. "It doesn't matter. It's a new year, everyone's behaving well, so there's no need for this kind of rubbish talk!" Edgar said, his neat black hair in place. Raymond nodded, he put a bit of gel in his hair to make it stand up a bit. Still messy as ever, but it looked very well for him. He wore his sweater, his tie neat and tidy, but now wearing his Gryffindor robes. He made his way down the stairs, walking up to the bulletin board. he spent a few minutes to write down a small advertisement for the Dueling club. Love Defense Against the Dark Arts? Want to use your knowledge in friendly, competitive battles? Years 2 and over, join the Gryffindor Dueling Club! First session tonight at 6. It wasn't much, but he figured that he would do better at explaining when he was actually there. He was extremely excited to start it... but first, breakfast, where their schedules will be waiting for them. The schedules all worked the same way. Everyone in their year goes to the same core classes, then to their electives. After that will be free time before dinner. Raymond went through the portrait hole, his wand in his pocket, his mind going through all the spells he's learned to fight against the dark arts. He made it down to the large dining hall, and towards his table. The ceiling was a light gray, with fog moving around. The tables were full of delicious looking breakfast items. Eggs, bacon, waffles, jugs of juices. There was never a bad meal at Hogwarts. He sat down, putting toast and eggs on his plate, waiting for his schedule to arrive and Olly so he can receive his mail. Also a tradition at Hogwarts.
