"Right... Sorry Viral." It was safe to say that this whole endeavor had backfired, none of it was panning out as Yumi had hoped. Well it couldn't be said she hadn't tried, albeit trying had not given her anything in the end. Fair dejected at this point she hardly had the desire to argue any longer, letting it lie where it was. No doubt she'd try again at a later date if need be, she wasn't ready to well completely abandon Viral just yet. But she recognized that pushing things now was only going to escalate and ultimately make matters worse. Listening to the conversation she wasn't entirely sure if this was a good idea or not, going after a supposed god. Viral hadn't completely healed, and was not exactly in the best state of mind. Coupled with her questionable strength and it seemed like an awful poor idea to have them go into battle, together too no less. They weren't quite seeing eye to eye at the moment, teamwork might be a little lacking. They had been asked however, and confident or not Yumi intended to go through with the request. If it met their goal then she'd be silly not to after all. Viral on the other hand didn't quite agree with the plan. Rather than agree to the partnership he immediately told Yumi to go back and leave matters to him. Watching in silent surprise as he darted off she frowned deeply, balling her hands up into fists out of frustration. So she couldn't tell him what to do, but it was fair game when it came to her? Oh no, things didn't work that way. It was mutual or not at all as far as she was concerned. Watching her friend slowly distance himself further and further she opted to go behind his back, not allowing him to do this alone as he pleased. With an indignant huff she began to run after Viral, not quite trying to cover the distance but just to follow him. "I'm not a little girl, you can't just brush me off like that!" she called after him, staring at his back. "And I already said you won't scare me away, so I'm coming! Deal with it!" Between the two of them they would have a better chance, that couldn't be debated. Takeshi felt a little nervous once Viral was gone, knowing he'd just set something in motion that could well end up poorly for their friends. There was no way of knowing exactly what they were going to fight, and with this so called 'god' apparently being fair strong he couldn't help but worry for the well being of the others. Shu shared his concerns and voiced them readily, bringing up more questions as well. "I don't know... I really don't. And if they are one of those things from before then I'm not sure they'll be able to handle it alone." This was bad, they really should have looked into it more before diving right in. Running a hand through his hair nervously Takeshi looked at his brother, forcing a small smile. "But... It's Viral and Yumi right? They can take care of themselves, so we shouldn't worry so much. They'll be fine." If only he felt as confident as he was letting on. "Friends brave, courage lots. If strong be okay. God maybe not die, but maybe god trap? Bury, or put in hole. Prison god, if not kill. Maybe?" From what they had seen of their deity it was indeed strong and imposing, but they figured it could be caged just as any other being. Granted a simple hole or barred room wasn't going to likely cut it, but if these people were resourceful then they would find a way. Wringing his claws together nervously the father went over to his wife and son, standing beside them and looking up at the trio gratefully. "Food? Hunger? We feed, least can do. Like berries? Roots? Sweet and spicy, good. Try?"
