Appearance: 5'9 weighing 130 lbs. She has long, roughly flowing brown hair with a random array of tan streaks. Dark brown eyes that shifts to a light brown ring around the edges. She has a slim frame with strong longs. Depending on the situation she wears a black, long sleeve turtle neck with a black leather jacket that ends at her belly button and elbow pads over the jacket. Also with black cargo pants and boots with knee pads. During hot seasons she strips the jacket, long sleeve shirt and elbow pads and just wears a white t-shirt. 

Personality Traits: Being raised by only her mother, Noella has spent most of her life being molded into her mother's vision of a "desirable women" in this new world. Only recently has she adopted a fiercely rebellious attitude. Noella is quick to argue down anyone who appears to not have a strong conviction behind their statements. Very stubborn, easily frustrated and always having an aggressive demeanor, she is a difficult person to get alont with.

Brief History: Noella was raised by a single parent. Her mother, who knew very little english, raised Noella french while she picked up english on the side from others. Noella's mother was an international forestry technician and taught her daughter almost all her knowledge of how to utilize all that nature has to offer. From all things edible, curative remedies, farming, to creating tools.
But as helpful as that may seem, the older Noella got the more she noticed what others were doing and how she did not truly want to just be the single use asset her mother was so motivated for them both to be. So when a group of mercenaries came to her encampment, she was enlightened to everything that's going on in the world and when the leader Boyd Deverearux IV asked her to join she did not hesitate to accept. She left after saying her goodbyes to her mother who did not accept her decision. Since then Boyd and his group broke Noella down and rebuilt her into something better. She admired Boyd and his leadership but when the group fell, she kind of lost her way. She joined the Peace Keepers like Boyd but she does not follow any leader as strongly as she used to.
