Both boys fell silent. After a while, Pakuna crawled under the covers of the bed, staying to one side to allow Donovan some room as well. Pakuna was asleep in moments, but Donovan stayed sitting at the end of the bed. Unable to sit still, Donovan went over to the door and made sure it was locked, doing the same for the windows. Parania had kicked in for him, and he wasn't about to let something happen to any of them. The black haired boy looked around the room as if suspecting an attack. He finally sighed, and went back over to the bed, picking up his weapon, he laid down with it. This was no longer a game, he knew that, so he had to do his best to keep all three of them alive. He would focus on getting his fighting skills up high, leveling so he could protect them. Sleep didn't come easy to Donovan, as he left his eyes open, staring at the room door.
