Hi your character sheet is better but you can not go over 5 points on a single skill
the +1's mean that your stealth stuff is at 6 which wont give you anymore boosts then if they where on 5 
my suggestion would be to lower the stealth ones down by one and use the 4 extra points on other skills.
Sorry if this was all confusing but I am here for any help if you need it.
also it looks like you have only used 35 points out of a possible 48 
Maybe you could put the 13 extra points you will have from these edits into some of the skills you have put as zero?
