Standing at the edge was terrifying for Aria. She'd seen boys do it all the time, and they made it look easy. Looking at Ben, Aria nodded but her heart was racing like a rabbit. Taking in a deep breath, Aria went back a couple steps then got a small running start, throwing herself into the air with an excited yelp. The feeling was magnificent! It was like flying, more than anything Aria had ever experienced before. Very quickly though, her flight was coming to an end and Aria had to tuck her hands to her chest and cross her legs at the ankles. Landing in the water, she sliced through the coolness before resurfacing.
"I did it!" Aria cheered triumphantly, raising a fist in the air with a bright smile,
"That was so much fun!"
