Yeah, Sicarius. It's meant to be of questionable seriousness. I imagine Sammy to talk in a horribly annoying falsetto. Psycho, on the other hand, I think will be entirely too solemn for his own good... That is, until he snaps and uses his puppet for combat... Hence the maniacal laughter. Hahaha.
