So I'm thinking Miera's bio could reflect a bit on that fact? It's been 1 year since the Council has collapsed. The remnants have gathered already and are trying to fight the Gospel (as evident by Slade's first IC post). Additionally, you'll want to touch bases with Yoshua (and his angel, Saella), as well as Wind, who is knowledgeable about the Council. Hope this helps. =)
