"Maybe..." Terra responds, mostly concentrating on healing Minato's physical wounds. When Ikaros scans him for a second time, she finds nothing physically wrong with Minato, for Terra has taken care of that. She finds that he's drained from overusing his ability to use Personas. He must have used them in rapid succession....but for what purpose? "I wonder what he meant by his apology...." Terra thinks aloud, acknowledging that he heard Minato speak as well.
