Personality: Kanaya is a kind and helpful individual who always puts herself out there to assist those in need. Which, sadly, often marks her as a meddling fussyfangs among her group of friends. She seems to give this air of grace, being very articulate in her speech, making sure to pronounce each word with care and overall trying to be as verbose as possible. However, she's actually a gigantic dork, easily flustered and with a tendency to ramble on and on when particularly nervous. Additionally, to solidify her dorkiness, she has a love of trashy [s]vampire[/s] rainbow drinker romance novels and tends to get silly stupid crushes on "dangerous" girls because of that. As a final note, she is considered astonishingly creative for a troll, having taken a huge interest in gardening and landscaping, with her biggest passion being fashion, often designing her own outfits. 
Abilities/Weapons: Kanaya is a rainbow drinker, which is basically just the troll version of a vampire. This means she has higher speed and strength than that of normal trolls (and by extension humans). She also drinks blood, but only really needs to when she gets severely hurt. While not exactly a useful ability, she can make her body glow very brightly, its something she only learned to control recently and thus sometimes will involuntarily glows when especially flustered. Her weapon of choice is a tube of lipstick... which transforms into a chainsaw.
Backstory: She grew up on the planet of Alternia, a place that endorses and praises their young for being copiously violent in nature. As a jadeblooded troll, this type of violence was never expected of her. Instead, her duties would have lied in perpetuating their species by taking care of the Mother Grub and the troll wrigglers the mother grub would eventually hatch. When she was 6 sweeps old (13 years), she playing a game with 11 other troll kids that would effectively end up wiping out most of their species. Many shenanigans happened and the girl got turned into one of the very rainbow drinkers she fantasized about thanks to a traitorous hipster douchebag. Despite this set back, the trolls completed their game ended up in a newly created universe, never having to think about that game again.
