~Celia hardly ever talks to anyone but her friends. It's not that she doesn't want to, it's that she can't. Every time she tries to talk to someone or someone talks to her, she either freezes and is unable to say anything or starts stuttering so badly that she finally just stops trying to talk and hides behind whoever is nearest her. She tries to be independent but she frightens so easily that's it's impossible for her to do so. It doesn't stop her from trying however. She can be very stubborn when she wants to be.~
