Incorrect.

Except Peter Parker is of that intellect level. By the time he hit college he had an understanding of general physics (as well as biology, engineering science, and so on) that can't be argued of at least a 10th level intelligence; not to mention his engineering competency at 16 qualifies something. Reed Richards and Hank Pym have said Spidey has the potential to be more intelligent than they are if he applied himself and in one comic Spidey is shown to be on the same level as Tony Stark. While Wendy & Marvin are FACTUALLY proven to be at least 10th level intellects in the comics. If anything I have to adjust it a level down but according to [i]facts[/i] it is correct.

Peter Parker isn't streetwise or tactful, but he is a genius intellect.
