I honestly didn't read through the IC to look for that kind of detail, so sure, I'll catch that (it comes to roughly the same thing, anyway- 'Let me in pls, I want join'). The 'watchman' unnamed was just meant to be someone at the door/gate/pentagram hellportal to prevent intruders and/or answer help requests, because that makes sense. The italicized section is drama for drama's sake, because it doesn't contribute to Shannon's actual history (cliche as that is) I don't mind fixing it up.

Anyway, thanks, recap is handy. I'll be able to post tonight, although I think I might have shot myself in the foot a bit with join time, because I'll be gone again over Friday and Saturday.

E: Alright, I rewrote the italicized part of the application. Hopefully it's not worse now.

I'm not sure which guild/town to join, since I presume both have about equal players involved, so I'll just stick with the arbitrary choice I made to go with Arnold's. Anyway, it looks like it's still morning, so a post now would probably move a bit like this: Italicized-application-drama happened, Shannon was turned away with instructions to come back after sunrise, roleplay him arriving, then being taken to do newbie stuff (cult initiation) with Arnold for the next two/three RL days while I'm gone, then next post being sent to catch up with what the rest of Arnold's group is doing. This good?
