Mentally, Samsul cursed the king for speaking about their private talk, but only looked at Anastasia as she asked about it. "I don't feel comfortable around him. Something just doesn't seem right." He didn't actually answer her question, and he hoped that she wouldn't notice his choice of actions. He was being truthful though, and didn't feel comfortable at all with the King around him or Anastasia. He couldn't explain the feeling that he had but none of it felt right to him. He would not allow for his new queen to be taken by some suitor, especially one who seemed to know exactly what cards he had in his hand.
