[hider=Answer to Tick, hidden from Alpha's virgin eyes]No, he did add more POV characters in Books 4 and 5 (more in 4, I believe, that's the Westeros book which occurs at the same time of the events of Book 5, the Essos book). You've met some of the new POV characters in Book 4 before, you've just never experienced the world through their eyes. 

I think GRRM said he's pretty much done adding POV characters now, though. So, assuming that's true, Books 6 and 7 will have the same or fewer POV characters as the books have now. [/hider]

Alphakoka, honestly, if this is spoiler-y to you, then you're not familiar enough with A Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones. People die, especially the ones you love. Even the ones you love to hate. And if they don't die, they get maimed, physically or emotionally. Seriously, I doubt there's one characters who escapes unscathed throughout the entire books/show.
