The Decepticons ignored the small creature, continuing on towards their base. Their mission was much more important than to risk it on trying to squash a bug. They were ever vigilant on the watch for the Autobots, and had good reason to be cautious.

Detecting the movement of Energon, Teletraan attempted to warn the Autobots. However they seemed too preoccupied to notice. With a good number of them incapacitated, it seemed as though the Decepticons may get away with their haul.
