Elysia spent some time choosing a body, she had begun to face the reality that she might not get her own back. She finally found one that she liked and was capable of holding her. She had no idea where in the world she would wake up or who the previous owner was, it would have worried her but keeping her soul from drifting out of existence was draining her faster than she would have liked. After an extremely painful forced transfer Elysia rested. ---- Elysia opened her eyes to a blank ceiling, stretching her limbs she found it was colder than usual. She wasn't in a hospital gown either, which is what she expected, but instead a black shirt and pants. The shirt had a red star on the shoulder while the pants did not, however they were uncomfortably similar to those worn by army personnel. By the foot of the bed were combat boots, they had a red star on the outer side of the heel and matched her outfit so far. She slid out of the bed and pulled on the shoes. "Where the hell am I?" She wondered out loud. Walking over to the window she saw snow and ice dusted streets with people leisurely strolling down the sidewalks. The street signs were in a foreign language, Elysia had trouble placing it at first but a sick feeling grew in her stomach, there was no mistaking it, the writing was in Russian.
