Personality: Cecilia is a very intelligent young lady and she takes her schooling very, very seriously. She is very obedient and has never broken a rule at school, save one time when she was in first grade and wasn't aware of the rule in the first place. She also wants to help others as well as she can, however, she isn't very good at detecting people she shouldn't trust and tends to trust much too easily for her own safety. She also isn't a very good liar and she's bad at telling when people are lying to her, which could get her into bad situations. 
History: Cecilia grew up in a normal, nice, supporting family. Her mother was a nurse and her father was a engineer for a company nearby. She had always had been able to pick things up quite quickly and it was often easy for her to learn things right away. Sure, there were a few family struggles, such as the death of her grandmother, but nothing terribly traumatic for her and if I were to describe all her years, you would be sure to get bored.
