In my opinion they're basically noobs with a minor add-on, I should expect middling combat skills and fluctuating accuracy, plus the probable event of friendly fire. Don't attacks get less accurate the more powerful they are? Minor bumps and shoves can be taken in as autohit, but stronger attacks will have to be stated ambiguously to give other characters a chance to react.
