I'm feeling pretty good about what separates Daywalkers and Nightwalkers now. It really is directly connected to the day and the night, even if some of the connections are more implicit.

Which means we are back to the mixed children thing. Which I am also feeling better about. A choice could be a thing, but once the choice is made it isn't exactly something that can be switched again. My problem with the choice was that, if there was the chance to choose once, why couldn't a second choice be made. But I'm thinking that is a little easier to work around...
