Name: Scrap Man

Copy Weapon: Scrap Arm - the user flings their arm as a boomerang (to account for the fact Copyweps will be able to use this ability if they can defeat me)
Creator: Dr. Light, originally, but then he was a simple reploid brain prototype, when he became more sentient, he was deactivated and scrapped, though he was resurrected as Scrap Man after a freak lightning storm gave him magnetic abilities.
Other: Scrap Man has a malfunction that causes him to attack Copyweps when in close proximity, and is a fashion freak.
