Still pressing forward through the crowd, Abel turned his head to face Skye as he spoke "Oh? did you figure out that I only booked one room at the inn?" He put on his usual smile, but then facing forward, he continue on, "We can talk in the room, I'd rather not discuss my past lovers in public my dear," Abel was hoping that Skye would take the hint. It wasn't the best to talk out in the open as they were, Abel had already noticed a few characters whom he noticed were watching the area, most of them hidden as construction workers so that they would not stick out, and no one would question them as they merely patrolled back and forth acting like they were busy. But something felt off about many other things in the town as well. I have a bad feeling about this town, and I don't think I am going to get much rest tonight... Abel didn't speak much the rest of their walk, only to greet passerbys. They continued at a leisurely pace till they arrived at the inn, and after closing the door and securing the area as much as he could, Abel sat back in the comfortable chair, let out a sigh and looked at Skye, "Well, seems about as good as it will get, So what is on your mind? I'll share what I found if you share yours?" putting one leg over the other, he sat in the chair eagerly awaiting Skye to spill the beans.
