Maiko was disappointed that the boy did not know where to find a map, and soon after hearing that Isobu said to Maiko in his mind, [i]"stop with the conversation, the longer you talk, the more likely you'll blow your cover, get away from him now"[/i]

Okay, okay he thought, and replied to Masahiro, "No thank you, I will try to find my own way, I'm pretty sure that I will find a place that has a map of he village. so bye for now."

And with that Maiko began to walk away from the boy, giving him a wave as he left.

[i]"that was risky Maiko, you could have been discovered"[/i] Isobu said in what sounded like an annoyed voice.

"Don't worry, he didn't suspect a thing, doing risky stuff is part of the job when you're a shinobi." Maiko looked around for any place that would have a map of the village. he eventually found one, but realized that the money he had paid the shop keeper was currency from Maiko's village. this made the man running the business look at him suspiciously and Maiko gave a quick thanks for the map and wanted to get out of there as quick as possible. from now on he had to be very careful otherwise he might be discovered and the mission would be a failure. now that he had a map he would know where to go and continue on with his task.
