Parris City, a costal city in the Northwest US. Located on the Pacific Ocean, it is also the home of Triton Corp, a biomedical research company. While under the auspices of medical research, Triton Corp is actually a secret government facility based around continuing weapons based B.O.W. projects originally designed by Umbrella, including researchers picked from Umbrella and TriCell; researchers who, instead of facing sentencing for their crimes, have been forced to work for the U.S. government in developing B.O.W.s and countermeasures. Due to the death of President Benford in the Tall Oaks incident, the true knowledge of this research facility is still classified. On July 15th, 2014, an incident occurs in the facility. An unknown figure triggers multiple explosions throughout the facility, and triggers a catastrophe that threatens to rival Raccoon City. With the public in fear of new bio-terrorist attacks, the BSAA is sent in with little knowledge of the crisis. Parris city is now under siege; awful creatures roam the streets, and the few survivors of the initial outbreak must find a way to survive this horror.
Parris City is located between a rocky cliff face, known as Parris Peak to the north and the Pacific Ocean to the west. The main Triton facility is actually built into the cliff, overlooking the city. Parris Peak is also home to a branching web of tunnels, all which have been closed off when Triton came to Parris City. The Parris Harbor is located in the west side of the city. The Mayor's office is located in the Northeastern part of the city, and the Police Station is located in the Southeastern part of the city. The Parris Aquarium is located in the southwest part of the city. Burton Memorial Hospital is located central in the city. The City Arboretum is located to the south of the hospital. Different apartment complexes and homes are located across the city as well. Many roads have become impassable due to fires, wrecks and debris, or from the hoards of the shambling undead. That means that moving through the city looking for a safe haven or escape is incredibly difficult.

-Zombie: A basic, reanimated corpse. You should know how these guys work by now. -Ma-39 Cerberus: A reanimated dog, whose flesh has begun rapid decay. Fast and deadly in packs. -Licker: A g-virus infused creature, the licker is a stealthy and deadly enemy which can attack with its sharp claws or its tongue. The g-virus inside of it make it susceptible to chemical based evolution. -Ma-121 Hunter: One of the most successful and marketable B.O.W.s, the hunter series is an incredibly varied but equally dangerous creation. Mostly based on reptile and amphibian DNA, these grown monsters can take on different traits. -Eliminator: an early testing prototype of the original t-virus, eliminators are still used in lieu of human subjects (at least, with Triton) to test aggression and reanimation in mammalian species. -Giant Spider: An accidental creation due to mishandled chemicals, giant spiders are creatures with almost 1000% growth rate and are incredibly deadly and stealthy. They tend to live in dark climates, such as caves or sewers. -Plague Crawler: One of the very first t-virus creations, again the plague crawlers created by Triton are accidental, and have bred in the sewers and cave systems. -FL-03: Neptune: A remnant of the Arklay experiments, the Neptune series are great white sharks infected with the t-virus to create a larger, more deadly marine weapon. A fully sized neptune can rival the extinct megaladon in size.
Character Creation: In this RP, you will take the role of a civilian survivor in Parris City. Your occupation will determine your skills. Occupations: Medical (Doctors, nurses, veterinarians, etc) Technical: (Mechanics, plumbers, electrical engineers) Service: ( Waiters, clerks, ect) Combat: (Police, BSAA, Military) Why is combat locked? Because everyone will choose it of course. Seriously. Every RE rp I do, everyone wants to be the guy with the machine gun. So I'd rather just restrict it. Character Sheet: Name: Age: (18+ please. No wunderkinds please) Gender: Occupation: (Give a specific occupation and the area it is in. You cannot choose a combat occupation.) Appearance: (I prefer you write it out. You may also use a picture ALONGSIDE a written description)) Bio and personality: Example Profile: Name: Henry Moore Age: 23 Gender: Male Occupation: Clerk (Service) Appearance: Henry stands at around 5'11. He is fairly thin, and his skin is pale, due to working mostly nights at the Corner Store. His black hair is short and unkempt, and he sports thin facial hair. His eyes are a muddy brown, and he tends to have slight bags under his eyes when he works the night shift. It's more of a scraggly beard than anything that looks good. He tends to wear a button down shirt with an undershirt underneath, and khaki pants. His shirt remains untucked. His shoes are simple brown leather shoes, something probably bought for cheap at a thrift store. Bio and Personality: Henry never wanted to be in his 20's working as a night shift clerk at a convenience store. Hell, after college, he looked far and wide for jobs in the architectural field, but with he never seemed to get the job. He wasn't bad, he was just...average. So, with loans coming up, Henry left his home to search for work, and eventually found himself as the assistant manager of the Corner Store; which meant that he was the guy left to work at night for little pay. Due to what he perceives as personal failures, Henry tends to be sullen, withdrawn and cynical, and finds it hard to connect to people that he views as "more successful" than himself. With the world going to hell around him all of a sudden, he will be forced to rely on others, regardless of who they are, or he'll end up dead. I'm looking for good profiles with detail on who the character is opposed to just an overly simplistic "this is the character let's go". I and my co-GM will be approving profiles on the content we see with the characters. Characters who seem too simple or lack any real information won't be accepted, but we will allow a profile to be revised and resubmitted for approval. So, what do the occupation areas do? Well, it determines what skills your character has. Medical means you are capable of making healing items (mixed herbs) as well as helping wounded characters. Technical means you're good at repairing broken things, and combining items. Service is a jack of all trades class. And combat means an expertise in using weapons like firearms. Also, occupations can be added, different skills can be done as seen fit by me and the co-gm. If you have an idea or a specific skill/item for a character, send me a PM. The approval of special skills/items are up to me and my co-GM, Gowi.
Since RE Outbreak dealt with active infection, I feel that it'd be better to just deal with dormant infection: everyone is infected but will only "turn" if killed.

Name: Ellie Patillo Waitress Status: Normal Samuel Warren Engineer Status: Normal Roxy Shepard Scientist Status: Normal Esa Kitten Computer Tech Status: Normal Fleur Déluxöur Nurse Status: Normal Sarah Convenry Escort Status: Normal Connie Tosata Electrical Engineer Status: Normal

1. This is a survival horror RP. Because of that, your character can not call hits (like headshots on a zombie) nor can they walk around pulverizing every undead ghoul they see. If someone's writing becomes too "action-y" and the tone of the RP starts to shift towards action, that character will die in a gruesome manner. 2. Characters are not invincible nor are they immortal. I won't force character death unless the writer continues to push the character into bad or foolish situations. If a character continues to get hurt, bitten or wounded by creatures and refuses medical help, that character will die (and then reanimate as a zombie). 3. What is on your character sheet is what is accepted. If a character suddenly has martial arts powers, can pilot a helicopter or knows everyone in the government without consulting me or my co-gm, they will be killed in a gruesome manner the next post before they can fly the group away from the magically placed helicopter, or before they can tell their best friend the President to save them. 4. There is no reason for your character to know specific in-game details about the RE games. This includes: The identities of the surviving S.T.A.R.S team members, the identity of BSAA SOAs, the identity of Umbrella personnel like Albert Wesker, William Birkin or Oswald Spencer, or of government agents who run the BSAA or the US's Bioterror Security Offices. Characters WOULD know that Raccoon City had an outbreak engineered by Umbrella, Raccoon City was bombed by the U.S. Government, Umbrella was "destroyed" by legalese, in 2004, the floating city Terragrigia was destroyed by the FBC to keep a bioterror outbreak from spreading, and in 2005 the BSAA took over the FBC. Also, the Lanshiang incident in 2013 would be known, due to media coverage. Events from Code Veronica, RE4, RE5 and parts of RE6 should be considered classified by the government. 5. What the GM and Co-GM say, goes. Seriously. 6. If you have any ideas for the plot, please PM me or Gowi. You need to get GM Approval before doing ANYTHING that affects the major plot (like secrets, puzzles, new areas, new people, weapons, etc). If you need to reach me quick, you can even message me on Skype. My Skype is DruSM157
