Now that I finally got that roster up and updated, I'll answer this:

Saiyaka Sandeiyoshi [Suna Toku-Jonin] is going to the Kage meeting as an aid. 

Kii [Iwa Genin] is in Konoha in the Residential, low risk market area trying to gather information and some menial supplies.
