You could be. Hence the leeway in the characters, if you want to be a CIS leader than good on ya! I have a set a solid story inplace that will explain the latter part of your post when the IC goes up, remember this is a very different Star Wars universe than the normal one.

I don't care foryour skill level nor your choices in characters(well to an extent) , all i care for is dedication.
