Ryonara said "carry her", and mentioned a muscular girl, so I was thinking that maybe the latter was Annabeth and the former was Cynn, but I'm not sure. Also, a cut neck is not "injured in some way." It's fairly obvious, especially when there's blood all over a white shirt...
