on the subject of nerfing. I an going to toss this out here. I am asking for oped charies to be nerfed slightly. I was appointed cogm and just wanted to let you all know. Anime appointed me so i am asking that you all downplay them. It is fine if they have a weakness.i am not asking you to remove them just keep thier powers managable so less powerful people have a fair battle chance. And Wizard I agree with your post.

i have seen rps die or fall apart because of the fact charries become unstoppable and kill a rp
