Ororo is a thug who works for Tiaro and deals mostly with the distribution of drugs in the Main City. She receives the drugs from Tiaro's manufacturers and takes them to the surface to sell them to the rich citizens of the city. She uses her cute exterior to fool the PeaceKeepers and carries the drugs in her clothes, shoes, umbrella, anything that could have a secret pocket sown in. One of her top customers is Peppa Jack, who buys from her to resell to his own customers at Candiland. She charges extra because he's reselling the product to other people, and at the end of every month she comes and collects 15% of his income. 

She is a born resident of the Under and doesn't really have a sob story to explain why she's a gangster. Her family was actually pretty well off for living in The Under. She had a house, food, money and her life was like it would be like if she lived on the surface. But when she got older, she encountered some trouble. Jobs are scarce in The Under. You can either be a fighter at the Colosseum, or do a job that involves a skill you're good at, like cutting hair or building houses or farming for food. But Ororo knew how to do none of that. She couldn't be a teacher either because she didn't even know enough about magic to teach. That was when becoming a gangster seemed like the best choice for her. Tiaro was notorious in The Under and everyone knew his name, so to her, he was her way out of The Under, and a chance to get a job.

She's been working for him for a couple of years now and does her job diligently. She's very loyal to Tiaro and would never rat him out if she was captured and interrogated by an Executioner, and won't hesitate to kill for him . She uses the money that she earns on cute clothes from The Main City.[/center]
