Myself, My Husband and My Brother are in agreeance. For a Fallout RP, it's going pretty well. 

(And that is high praise coming from them {especially my husband...} Because [b][I][u] they[/u][/I][/b] are my first point of reference.. Not the wiki... Not booting up the game.)
