Personality: While retaining the basic personality of the Einzbern homonculus with a odd sadist streak and tendency towards sarcasm that seems to stem from the outside genetic material, she has a defect that manifests in having a strong temper and trouble emotionally connecting with people due to a harsh exterior, even if having a loving interior. This has been defined as "tsundere." Her ultimate wish for the grail would be to give herself a normal lifespan rather then the heavily abbreviated life of a homonculus.

Appearance: While from a vague glance she appears to be an attractive if somewhat scarred twenty-something, with black hair, odd yellow eyes, and abnormally pale skin, along with oddly prevalent "assets" and a penchant for long coats and long sleeves. Without long clothing, the full extent of her morpholgical abnormalities becomes apparent. Her skin, sans her head, neck, hands, and a few other areas is covered in a white, segmented exoskeleton with black "accents" and spots.

Biography and Family History: Around two decades ago, Heinrich Zepter, or what was left of the man inside the monster he had created, was killed by Kiritsugu Emiya and his mentor for his... unorthdox human expieriments and sheer revelry in them. Of course, Kiritsugu could not allow such a man's Magecraft to be destroyed, and attempted to destroy it rather then let it be kept and allow someone else to use it. Of course, he simply burned the flesh using an incindeary grenade, rather then allow the horrible noxious fumes to strangle him. Of course, assuming a man such as Zepter hadn't prepared for this, even despite his madness, was somewhat absurd. The family he had long ago abandoned quietly came and found the damaged crest, repairing it using what traces of their Magecraft they had retained, along with genetic samples, for no reason they could readily ascertain. The family eventually managed to reintergrate their Magecraft, and fled to their native Germany in order to escape the fate which could await them if they held their ground. There, they by chance met the Einzbern family, and found they had much more common ground then one would initially expect. Eventually the heir of the family, Heinrich's son, was married to a spare homunculus, and told to perform joint research in order to synthesize a new, stronger, backup Grail in case of the failure of the natural-born homunculus Illyasiel. The sweet, sweet "joint research" (intercourse) that produced Ameise about 6 years ago. In-womb modifications, like those performed on Ilya, helped shape this child into a secondary grail and homunculus based on Justica. Her odd (for an Einzbern homunculus) appearance is due to body modification in order to make herself "stand out" as it were, along with certain survival based enhancements. Was eventually partially given the Zepter crest to give her a higher chance of survival in case of her being utilized as the Grail.

Sorcery Trait: 

Wish Granting- Spellcasting without possessing the knowledge of the spell itself; to skip the thaumaturgical process altogether and recreate miracles just through the use of prana. Still bound to the limitations of the Magic Circuits. 

Magecraft: Transmutation- Magecraft that uses prana to change, alter, or better an object or material, along with the creation of homonculi and so on.
Spirtual Surgery- A "curse" that can remove a part of the soul without using a single physical manipulation of the target body. It is more or less healing spirtual damage (including that of the circuits) and being able to remove things such as cursed areas and command seals, though it requires a still patient. No matter how great this healing method is, it is only a contact treatment relying on the body. It is nothing close to a miracle that allows connection with the "soul.
Healing Magecraft- This brand of Magecraft is based around the concept of restoration, and in a very basic form holds similarities to the Curse of Restoration of Dead Apostles. In theory, this Magecraft, using the image of the body contained within the soul, attempts to reverse damage and expel foreign bodies (shrapnel, bullets, poisons, piercings) from said body, with the Prana and count needed depending on the extent of the damage. Severed limbs (or new ones, considering this is the Zepter) can be reattached by holding it close to where it should be and utilizing healing, reconnecting the bone and blood vessels.

Zepter Necromancy- The virtually "perfect" "resurrection" of the body, it allows for giving life to corpses in a manner that could be compared to the literary Frankenstein, even if the body has been "distorted" in a sense.

Zepter Body Modification- In the nature of their necromantic expieriments, it is not only the modification of the human body from a natural standpoint, but also the joining of disparate parts and bodily traits in living organisms, allowing for everything from changing minor parts of appearence to growing the exoskeleton she currently has, and so on,

Mystic Codes and Equipment: 

Insectile Adaptations- As per Zepter expieriments in order to improve the survival chances of their homunculi jointed created from a marriage with the Einzbern, Ameiseviel has received several "enhancements" that serve to adapt insectile traits to her human form. For example, most of her body has been covered in an incredibly tough exoskeleton modeled after the Ironclad Beetle, or Zopherus nodulosus haldemani, which allows her to shrug off 9x19mm Parabellum rounds without issue. She has also been granted with greatly enhanced reflexes and, due to heavy muscle modification based on ants and other insects, allows her to lift something roughly 10x her weight and punch with the force of a 9mm pistol round. If need be, this exoskeleton can be relatively quickly shed and regrown in order to allow access to her "human" body.

Magus Blood Tank- As with any focused surgeon, spare blood is needed. In the Zepter's case, they have requisitioned a tank of roughly 10 gallons of potent Magus blood through sources in the Clocktower for surgical purposes.
