Second, please cite instances in which you have shown to have a better understanding on magical studies than us." He finished, then gave way to a civil sector representative.
"Now back on topic. We'd like to consider incorporating that method into our expansion system. However, our political students will take a short insight first and then add additional revisions to keep expansion rates high. We will colonize only sentientless planets at the time of delay before taking the procedure into full effect."
