Clean up was going well so far. The NCR was loosing moral and their defenses were weakening. The Enclave continued to put up a strong offensive, but now also began to take back their own injured soldiers to get treated, assuming that anyone was hurt. They were also beginning to take prisoners, but not for bargaining. It was just that it'll be easier to dispose of them if they were executed near a trench to throw the bodies in. Archangel now had two sentry bots protecting her as she sent Ada to find more machines and report back to her. Soon someone called out to her; it was Golem. More help would always be appreciated. "Always. I've gotten message that our ability is needed below the sub level. There seems to be some sort of subway tunnel down below. The NCR had sealed the entrance to prevent infiltration, but now they plan to us it to escape. Normally it's nothing that the usual grunts can't handle, but the NCR's elites are gathered down there. Rangers, Heavies, specialist, seems like they wanted to make sure their best could get out to fight another day. Obviously you and I are going to have to change that." Archangel and her robots, along with Golem presumably, went off towards the location were they were needed. It was easily spotted by a line of enclave soldiers dragging out their wounded. Giant dents and dismemberment made it obvious that those Rangers were packing the Hecate II rifles. The constant firing of what sounded like light machine guns also told her the reason why none of the soldiers managed to get through was due to suppressing fire. "Great..." They'd need a plan better than just sending in their hardiest soldier through the grinder. Even the two sentry bots wouldn't last going down the hall. And the sharpshooters on the other end would be more than ready to blast off her arm if she poked her head around. This would require some stealth, or maybe... "Golem, down this hall is a large group of the NCR's strongest soldiers. Their heavy armors are laying down suppressing fire with their light machine guns making it impossible for us to go through the hall without facing a hail of bullets. But they also have rangers keeping an eye out for any of us trying to post around the corner. Short of running out of ammo, I don't think they're about to clear out until they can reopen the subway entrance. Any suggestions on how to get to them that doesn't require a martyr?"
