Abilities and Powers: His strength was one to rival Gods his father used to say. he could cut a fully grown tree in 3 swings without breaking a sweat. This made combat rather easy. BUT due to his larger size Agility was an issue, he often found it hard to go in caves for fear of getting stuck and fighting against a lighter quicker opponent Daman could possibly be harmed. As soon as he was able to wield a small axe he worked. the small axe mind you didn't last long by age 12 Daman was cutting down some of the larges tree's in the forest with ease by age. the strength required in this labour intensive job built his muscles up to the largest in the village, for his age earning the nickname Bjo meaning bear. He often would end up protecting the village from lone wolfs that strayed to far far from the forest so people started adding molf to his nickname earning him the title Bjomolf meaning bearwolf. the few days a month he managed to get of work, he would spend his time learning from the scholar that came to the village, from his pay and what his father could spare Daman bought some books to carry on learning at night when the scholar left, over the years he managed to learn enough history of the kingdom to teach little ones and a tin bit about politics so he knew about how the kingdom worked. and more importantly how the treaty with the dragons worked, Maybe it was best on the day of the choosing he was selected. maybe he could work away out of this tyrannical way of life.
